Who We Are
How It Started
Being a woman, a mother; I've come to know pain and discomfort. Since practicing myofascial release for 20 plus years, I understand the benefits of holistic and alternative care. After 13 years of dealing with hormonal issues and different types of pain management, I experienced the overuse of opioids and adrenal stimulants. In 2019 I decided a full hysterectomy was my solution. I detoxed naturally and reconnected with my roots in holistic wellness.
